An 1950′s ranch style home is remodeled and added to, creating a home that stretches across the generous property with Pacific Ocean views. The new entry and gallery spaces open to exterior patios using floor to ceiling glass. Elsewhere, Marvin wood clad windows light new and updated rooms. The owner’s love for southwestern art inspired the look, and the house now displays their Southwest style art collection, warming the home in a contemporary way.

Caroline gently guided us away from our conventional ideas and the final result was a more creative, interesting, and incredible home….one that we love.
